The Cascade

This small weir, known as the Cascade, spans the North Tyne at Haddington. It was probably built as a water feature for Amisfield Parkas their are no mills nearby.
We passed it on the way home from leaving the car at the garage for its annual service and MOT - pleased to say it passed.
