Toward Marwick Head
I liked today's perlacious skies. In the distance you can see the tower commemorating the loss off Marwick Head in the first world war of HMS Hampshire which was carrying Lord Kitchener et al to Russia to persuade them to put down the revolution and keep fighting the Germans until it hit a mine and sank. The tower was raised to commemorate Kitchener alone, as if the 600 plus other people didn't count for anything. Another view in extras.
