Dear O'H dear and Lovely Tea Jenny,

The Eldest Mini Princess had her UCAT* (University Clinical Aptitude Test) today. When The Prince and I went to collect her from the test centre, she came out with a smile, which was contagious and we knew she was happy with her score. It was such a sense of relief. She has studied really hard. I think the only day she has taken off in weeks was her birthday.

When we came home, The Youngest Mini Princess had (very sweetly) made a blueberry crumble cake for EMP. It was too big for EMP to manage (what a shame) so The Prince and I kindly helped out.

Biker Chick and Wee G came round tonight. It was a double celebration as Wee G has just graduated with first class honours. The ‘adults’ happily drank Prosecco and left the ‘youths’ to talk about brainy things!

*A good UCAT score is required for an application to study medicine, but a candidate can only sit it once a year. So no pressure then!
