Words Sometime Fail

I've seen some amazing things in the Arizona sky but this was jaw-dropping.During the monsoon, it's often raining somewhere, if not over you.  In this case, there was a large swath of rain pouring from a cloud in the western sky as the sun set.

The original color was completely different (see extra) and minutes later became what you see. For the first time in months, I saw others on my street come out of their houses to share the experience. Neighbor Across the Street suggested it looked like our version of the Northern Lights, especially the extra. Pretty cool.
