Champagne Night

One of the things my in-laws got MrsCyclops and I for Christmas was a Champagne tasting set. Six bottles of Champagne and other sparkling wines (Cava, Prosecco etc) and a DVD of information about them.

Last night, we had some friends (K,A,77 & Mrs77) round for the tasting, interspersed with a few morsels of dinner. The wines were delicious, the tasting was good fun, the company was great, and my experimental fishcakes went better than expected!
