Paused Shielding - Day 9

With a temperature of 31 degrees forecast for this afternoon, I moved our Afternoon Tea Party to lunchtime to avoid the worst of the heat. Needn’t have worried though, as it only got up to 24 degrees on the patio, and we spent a lovely four hours happily munching our way through what you can see in extras, celebrating my birthday (6th), our neighbour’s birthday (8th), and my parents’ wedding anniversary (9th, today). Once the dishes are done, I’ll catch up with you all!
