It’s lovely to be loved!!

A reasonable night’s sleep as it was cooler. R, S and Olive called in by on their way into town and took Amber with them, so that the girls could have a run on the common. 
I had a nap after breakfast, followed by a shower. It was a simpler event than yesterday’s when I needed my hair washing. I was independent, didn’t need to raise my arms into the air, and did not need B to strip down to his trunks to get in to wash my hair (too much information!!!)
When the gang returned we had coffee cake and for me water. Tea and coffee are still tasting gross. We had plenty of chat and it was so good see them.
A  quiet afternoon and evening watching tv, responding to messages and frequently doing nothing!!!!
