We Have Some Rather Grateful Plants

I headed up to the yard this morning to see China. He was looking a bit sorry for himself so I spent the morning giving him a bath, lots of treats and a nice pampering. I then took him for a quick walk in hand up the road to start his rehab and get his joints mobile again after 48 hours in his stable. Early indications are very positive as he looked to be moving much more freely through his hips and back end.

With the extra time in the garden during lockdown we (well Mr Kit mainly) cleared and rejuvenated a number of our flowerbeds. It seems we have some rather grateful plants as they are giving us an extra special show this year..especially the montbretia that has come out of hibernation this summer.
