Quiet walk

C headed off to his Mum's so I had the day to myself.   I enjoyed a peaceful walk in the sunshine - not quite to hot as yesterday because of the breeze.  This is one of the old gateposts at what was the entrance to Woodilee hospital, now a vast housing estate.  It's almost hidden by the trees these days.

Got a bit muddy on the walk back, so trainers needed a bit of a scrub when I got back.   And then a seat in the garden with a coffee and a book.
