Amazing

It's amazing how much
you can grow to dislike someone
and want to be free of them.

It makes you wonder
why everyone else
doesn't feel the same about them.

And yet, you discover,
they still have friends.
Even a lover.

How can this be?
Can't they see
what this person is really like?

And why do they like them?
Why don't they dislike them
as much as you do? Amazing!

And amazing, too,
that this person dares to
say the same about you.
