Making A Beeline For The Exit

Firstly, many thanks for all the kind comments and favs yesterday on the anniversary and a bit blip.

We've had a busy domestic day today, starting with our first not-the-park-run run for 3 weeks before breakfast, which was a bit of an effort in the early morning heat, followed by the weekly shop, tidying up the garden, putting pictures back on the decorated walls, watching the exciting climax of the Test Match and making a pizza for dinner.

The bees were having an equally busy day on the Alstroemeria in the garden this afternoon. This one was on the way out. Looks like I'm here for the long run.
