Plumpy Pigeon

Day 137 of COVID-19 UK lockdown (opening up)

On the rear patio early this morning I spied a large bird on a wire in the rear field, and my zoom lens revelead it to be a rather plumpy pigeon!  No food shortage around here by the looks of it!

We had a trip into Ross on Wye for Mrs BB to collect a library book (they hand in over in a nice paper bag with handle), followed by a trip to Dunelm, Hereford to buy some items we needed,

After dumping off the shopping, Mrs BB enjoyed a 1.25 mile swim along the River Wye to Monmouth bridge where I had a towel and cuppa tea waiting. Lovely hot weather and people busy enjoying it.

We've our neighbours coming around tonight. Chilled drinks and watch the sunset with some nibbles.
