Tiramisu

Haven’t made this for years but just fancied some tiramisu ‘pick-me-up’ cake. Not too sweet.

I first tasted this on my very first ski trip to Livigno in Italy back in 1990. I hated the skiing but loved the Italian alps & food.
It took me a good 6/7 years to enjoy skiing - but now love it, know my limits and find falling snow (abroad) absolutely magical. I’ve missed it this year.
