Some sort of a men’s exercise group from what I could glean from them: they were running with backpacks full of weights, stopping occasionally to do sets of 50 pushups and some other weird routine. Don’t quite know what the cop was doing there: he joined the group in such a hurry that his police car was parked facing the wrong direction into traffic and right at a stop sign.
