Welcome to Day 7 of the AOG!  I  needed a change of scenery this morning so I decided to walk around Golden Ponds Arena to check on the various Dragonfly competitions.  Pictured is William from Team Widow Skimmer waiting for his turn in the Freestyle Aerials.  It was a beautiful display with dragonflies of all colors, shapes and sizes competing.  Unfortunately, this reporter was not quick enough to capture any action shots.  William's team went on to capture the Bronze Medal, Team Band-winged Meadowhawk, the Silver and Team Western Pondhawk, the Gold.  In the extra Peter, Western Pondhawk's captain, is waiting on the podium for the medal ceremonies to begin.

As one of the International Panel of Judges, I will soon be visiting all the entries from AOG Day 6 and awarding stars and hearts.  There is still plenty of time to join in the fun!  Tomorrow's tag will be AOG20208.

I talked to my friend last night.  Her husband is still hanging on.  She said he was not responsive but seemed to be peaceful and comfortable.  I am grateful for Hospice and their wonderful care for patients and their families.
