Golf again

Friday 7th August 2020

Half a day off today. Managed to get out first thing for a round of golf. Very hot though, so I was melting. 

I had to be back home midday ready for a service in church this afternoon. I was also invited for a meal afterwards. Trouble is, they forgot to tell me they had changed the venue! I found them eventually. 

Back home late afternoon and the weather was good. As the green bin had been emptied this week I decided to tackle a bush that was strangling the two next to it. I wanted to give them some space. I didn't quite finish because the bin was full but it looks a lot better and the others can breathe now. 

I then tackled half of the ironing pile. So quite a productive day!
