Ellenator

That's a new one for me. An Ellenator.
This is a Fiat 500, changed by a car mechanic from Bavaria to be classed as a 3-Wheeler.
It still has 4 wheels but apparently the back counts as one.
It's throttled back to 15 kW and is thereby allowed to be driven by 16 year olds with a A1 drivers license.
