Bee on Lavender

I've not had much success with insects on flowers but managed a few bee images as they were foraging through one of the lavender plants this evening.  I had gone looking for something flower Friday suitable - but I think the bee is the more appealing image.  In the extra, one of the begonia blooms.  I had a look at some of the possibilities in Topaz AI adjust and liked this soft version.  I don't normally like soft images but this one is an exception so I'll add it in too.

The bee sharpens up considerably in large.

Hope everyone is ok in the heat (Southern England) We collected the motorhome today as we are away to Malvern again on Sunday morning. Just trying to decide what to take and what to leave ... I don't think big jumpers will be needed!
