Friday

The usual Friday morning supermarket trip for Mum. 
Had a coffee with her after putting her shopping away.

Went along to the park for an hour with my book, sat down and a heavy downpour happened. Luckily I had sat under a tree. 
Before leaving went along to the wild flower bit and caught lot of bees/wasps. 
Have gone through the day feeling nothing, numb.
