Activity time.

Down the beach this afternoon after the First Minister’s update re the Aberdeen incident and more. Some new additional restrictions ahead too. We walked as far north on the beach as we could until nobody else was ahead. Big and lovely space. Great for wellbeing. On the way back we saw they’d got the land yachts out. Training was taking place, and one was on a trial run.
