The duckules had an explore in the sweltering heat, and they just got into their big pool and stayed there... Had to coax them out more than an hour later, and they retreated to the shady part of their run. Sensible ducks.
I pointed the macro lens at them in the water for some amusing close-ups. Ida's eyes are steely blue, while the others all have brown eyes.
