Day 121 A belated birthday meal

It was Dan's birthday at the end of June but we were unable to go out for a meal because of lockdown. As the restaurants started to reopen at the start of July, we promised him that we'd take him out when we were all available. He booked his meal for today and Dad, Michelle and Kieran came with us. Matt's still in York and couldn't make it. We went to Hickory's and it was our first visit. I enjoyed it; the steak was huge and the puddings were great.
It was a PD day at work so I carried on with my classroom when I wasn't in meetings or training.
