Chile Mojo

Just back from our big local Mexican foods store. We go there about every 6 months to stock up. Looking forward to our special Mexican meal tonight. We first developed our love of this cuisine thanks to our many visits to Albuquerque and New Mexico. 

The shop owner has a brother who lives in Las Vegas, NM, a town we have stayed in several times and loved it. Shades of "No Country for Old Men!"
