Grade 3

Well today was a crap day I have had my observation this morning and I got a crappy grade 3!!

Not amused as I know my lesson was tons better than the observer made out! Taken a massive confidence blow and wondering if teachings for me! Gonna think about everything over the weekend as I am on a waking watch on my residential so have plenty of me time!!
