Airds Bay near Oban

A fair forecast and light traffic saw us heading out west today. Oban was very busy and social distancing was non existent so we did not stay very long. We had a secluded picnic lunch near Connell before heading to Killin. (We were buzzed, though, by a low flying RAF transport plane!)

In Killin we walked round the Finlarig estate and enjoyed the sweeping views down Loch Tay.

Today we saw very few camper vans and only a couple of foreign registered cars but many permanently closed hotels.
