Rowan berries, at the end of a lovely warm day. The birds will be at them soon.
Fence fixed - that's been on the "round tuit" list for many years. Former neighbour's offspring, learning to drive, and... oh dear. It wasn't bad, but several years later, the new neighbour's offspring started driving lessons, and... oops. Now it is quite bad. About four years later, I decide to fix it. Well, considering the timber's age, it's a good enough fix, and very much better than it was. It could be about twenty years since I last hammered nails into timber. Used to do loads of DIY back then, in the pre-glasses era. The hammer's still in good nick, but the user's decidedly rusty.
Data backed-up, after too many months, and some restructuring; Internet shopping for stuff to use at work, and permit social distancing for demos and the like - I have a plan... assuming I'm to be retained, of course; some weeding; reading and research; bicycle checked over, and fixed/serviced the seat and post, so hopefully less creaking noises; and other stuff.
So some things achieved, for a change.
