I had another chiropractic appointment today early and then I have another appointment next week. 5 months without treatment has meant I am going back to twice weekly visits it would seem.
once home we went round the church to check on the freezer defrosting. It had and what a mess to clear up. the fridge freezer is now switched off with no need to run. Again we cleared out some food and threw it away.

The baby relay team were having a rest day today after their hard practise of yesterday. The Team fish are doing well and on their way to getting a medal next week we think (see extra)
My grand daughter went to hospital had had 5 teeth out today. They had to be removed as her mouth is overcrowded and unlike her mother it will mean no major jaw surgery for her now this is done. She is now home feeling sore and swollen
video phone call with Canada and they are all doing well. My son now has his practicum dates which are September 7th for 3 months in his home town of Peace river which is really good. His final registration takes place at the end of February when he will be an advanced care paramedic.
Just shredded lots of documents this evening.
Did some more sorting of items to sell at the Ashford Jumle Trail at the end of August.
