On 11 March Talk Talk stopped IMAP access to my email accounts. This despite me warning them that back in November 2019 that I should not be receiving the emails from them stating that this would happen.

Not surprisingly I was never placated by their assurance each time I called that I should ignore these emails.

So in March what they said wouldn’t happen happened. There followed countless phone calls and emails to people who had absolutely no clue what they were doing. If it wasn’t for my persistence they would have continued to lay the issue at the feet of Apple.

About 2 months ago I decided to copy in the CEO to each email I sent. So to today when I finally had all my accounts restored and all in the garden is rosy.
