Stella

Although today started off cloudy it was warm and muggy. By lunch time, with the sun beginning to poke through, it was close and hot, and I was wearing jeans rather than shorts. Not nice as I tend to melt in modest heat anyway. Still, a little bit of shopping was done and then a trip to Canvey Wick which was shut until recently due to virus stuff.

I ended up at favourite place of mine where today's blip was taken. The "memorial" is on a bollard for mooring ships, although it's long been out of use. I don't know who Stella was but she's obviously missed.
