Fish Amok with Sea Bass

Today we woke up and felt a bit 'meh'.  Start of a new month; the news was a bit 'meh', and the weather was a bit 'meh'.

I tried to make some good comfort food in the evening, using a couple of sea bass fillets to make a fish amok.  We had some excellent versions in Cambodia, particularly at the Foreign Correspondence Club in Phnom Penh.

It's a tricky dish, not quite a mousse and not quite a soufflé.  This was my best attempt yet!!  Not bad for a 'meh' day.
