More firsts

First attempt at mosaic making at St. Mary's Complex, Bootle. I'm not in the catchment area for the funded course beginning next Wednesday, but the very nice tutor, Bridget, is letting me attend as her volunteer helper. Not having a clue what to do, today she showed me the ropes, and I got so engrossed in it I was working on it for 5 hours straight, entirely losing track of time.

In the evening I did a bellydance class for the first time since I broke my leg in May 2011 (and subsequently broke my brain in the August). I usually just man the cd-player or take photos, but tonight I actually attempted dancing again, which was fun. Expect I'll pay for it in the morning though.
