A Tiny Garden in NE Wales

Birthday road trip

Today is my husband's birthday and I booked tickets to visit one of our favourite National Trust places. Bodnant Gardens. Cloudy day, little sunshine but OMG very muggy humid.
The gardens have been in lockdown since March and reopened with a booking system a few weeks ago. Found an excellent lunch spot for the picnic we brought along. Very quiet and peaceful. The blip is a section of the formal gardens that was bare earth when we last visited in March. It looks stunning. Love this prairie planting theme. More in extra.
