Saturday Night Pizza

We didn't do much today except prepare for tonights pizza fest !!!!

We used Rich's wood fired pizza oven tonight for the first time & it produced some of the best pizza I have ever made.... even if i do say so myself !!! The pizza went well with a few Little Creatures Pale Ales ( one of my favs ) I dunno if it was the flour I used that i got from the markets this afternoon ..... or the really nice mini boccaccini cheese that we used or the fact I had to work for my dinner that made it taste so good !!! Chopping wood this morning then firing the oven for about 2 hours getting it up to temperature ..... it was worth it though........

Left over pizza for breakie tomorrow then ... the breakfast of champions !!!
