London bound

Braving it and heading to London with Eleanor to view her student flat. I was quite anxious if I’m honest. It was hot wearing a mask for the journey, but the train was quiet, all social distancing adhered to even with the seating and if you did want any beverages you were called via each carriage to the beverage area. Arriving at kings cross all was very organised and quiet on the tube, unbelievably so.
It was good to see the flat for ourselves as it’s all been arranged from a distance. So it looks like the girls will be in by the end of August! How quickly time has gone in a most bizarre way since lockdown. Now we have to arrange for all her gear to be transported ready for her to move in.
