The Flash

I woke up to a video call from Cici&Vik. Vik had a new transformer to show me - it was very cool! We then played a few games of draw something and it’s safe to say Vik and Cici draw 100 times better than I do.

Took Heidi to training again, rushed home to collect Joe to head out to Nandos for lunch with Mason&Matt but we missed our spot in the queue so ate at Wetherspoons instead. Ate a lot but it was sooo good and 50% off so an absolute bargain. It was nice to see them again and chat away.

Decided I needed to go to the gym today after how much I ate at lunch but wasn’t very inspired once I got there. One of my new lifeguard friends, Brad, saw me leaving early and said he’ll help me come up with a set. So we went back to the gym and he stood with me whilst I did my set. It was really lovely of him!
