Flowers

My pic for today is of the flowers my boss's daughter Angela made today in her Floristry Class. She did a fantastic job and they smell lovely and have really brightened up my kitchen window.

After work tonight myself and June went to Body Conditioning with a few more of our colleagues, it was tough going and I'm sure i will feel it tomorrow.
