Go Ape

Took a days holiday as L has no gymnastics sessions on a Wed or Sun.

Enjoyed a lovely daddy/daughter day starting with a long morning walk around the Murieston Trail and a walk by our new house to see the roof tiles started.

We then headed to Aberfoyle to participate in the treetop challenge at Go Ape.

We did the full programme and I have to say I was so proud of L for doing all the challenge and inspiring me to do them as well. As someone not great with heights i followed her lead.

Our Smidge spray came in handy in the woods :-)
