My view today!

Third day in a row painting....and i think i'll continue tomorrow!!!

We are delighted to have Karen come back to stay with us for a few days....so lovely!

I took myself down to Baddeck and had lunch by the water, then i biked along the Bay Road for about 1/2 hour....trying very hard to get some exercise every day.....my poor old body is feeling a bit stiff!   Standing up at the easel for many hours is hard on my back....i try to take some breaks, but i just get so involved in the image that i forget!   Luckily Karen is a physiotherapist so she's going to give me some advise tomorrow!!!
