Through the gate

I left the house to go to the chiropractor. It was good to see people. I’ve had my shoulder manipulated and it didn’t feel too bad.

HtP popped round after work and we shared a cup of tea. It’s his birthday tomorrow and we are going away for a few days. The boys are coming too and we will be going on lots of walks. Well that’s the plan.
