Wayside Flowers

Not sure what this is - borage comes to mind as the flowers are blue - it's along the path near our allotment. I've just been told it's comfrey! I realised I'd been the whole day without regard for a blip and had no photos at all.

This afternoon we had some friends round for a cream tea in the garden. It was Mary's birthday, so pink fizz with scones, clotted cream and strawberry jam - very indulgent - but not one photo made. Lots of chat though to catch up.

I've been looking at the work today of a Croation photographer, Olga Karlovac. Inspirational. I just wish I could get out on the streets and try some of her movement effects - quite abstract.
