Open cocoa bean

Jill opened the cocoa bean from the box of exotic fruit. We both ate a nib. It tasted a bit chocolatey and bitter.

I looked up what to do with cocoa, and one site said to roast the seeds and put some in coffee. So I am going to do that. I'll put a couple of seeds in the coffee grinder with coffee and hope that works.
