Jump to fly
By accident I captured a frame where common brimstone just jump to fly. I think it have done one wing stroke and it is ready to do second one. Amazing is how much high it get by first stroke. At extra, second generation of the comma butterfly.
I tried to recapture common brimstone first wing strokes. I found very good candidate for that. The butterfly continue and continue eating. I holding camera with 150-600mm lens by arms. After several minutes I have to gave up because my arms start shaking. The butterfly continue still eating. Lesson here could be that you cannot command nature to do what you want. :-)
