Truffle Mac cheese

We bought a cooking school box from one of our favourite restaurants which included a truffle dish. The recipe required half of a whole truffle. The cooking school box contained one and a half truffles.

We have been cooking with truffles all week! Tonight we jazzed up a family fave - Mac cheese. None left.
