Max cooked this delicious dinner!!!

I put my shoulder out stretching this morning spent the morning with an ice pack watching Masterchef, I’ve spoken to the osteopath and my sister and I’ll be going back next week for some more treatment, my back has been hurting all day so I have taken it easy and only done the essentials, I did walk down to the local chemist and picked up this fish.
