Poppies

Pretty poppies on a walk along the coast.

Uploading this 3 days later, on the 4th August and thinking about Beirut. I took this blip looking almost directly at where the explosion happened. Just to the right of the picture is the neighbourhood of Gemmayzeh which had some amazing restaurants and the pictures show is now in ruins. Thankfully I've seen on Twitter that my former colleagues at the Amnesty Beirut office are all ok. It's a tiny city though and the damage is massive so I'm sure some/many of their houses are affected.
