In Which There Is Lasagna

It's something I had been looking forward to for a while, and I was so hungry for it: on this day, I made a nice, hefty, cheesy lasagna. It was so easy, just five ingredients: Barilla lasagna noodles (the kind you don't have to boil in advance), mozzarella, ricotta, and parmesan cheeses, and sauce. So simple!

Then we had lasagna for dinner, which was truly delightful, and we have plenty of leftover lasagna for later. Which is a total YAY situation, as my experience has been that leftover lasagna is even better, as everything sort of mingles together.

There is another thing I like about lasagna, and it is this.
