My FURry Buddy

On a steamy morning, we took a brisk walk "around the block".  This is the 2nd time he's gone without a leash on the road.  We did encounter one car and he didn't handle it well, but oh he had so much fun!  Most of the time he stays close, but there are those smells that he just can't resist.  

Thanks to Chantler63 for hosting Mono Monday this month. I welcome the opportunity always to use Mono because I rarely think of it other times.

Also, thanks for all the stars on yesterday's Tomatillos, otherwise called the Mexican Husk Tomato.  Surprised how unknown they are.  Tasty for Mexican dishes, especially salsa verde. I like the way they look as well especially when that papery skin peels back to reveal the fruit.
