Door Problems

We have a very old front door. It's still in good shape but when we had it painted a few years ago the trim around the window warped and came apart because of the harsh sun it gets in the afternoons.  Today I found a company that makes replacement parts and I had to remove a broken piece of the trim to make sure I had correct measurements. I ordered a new trim set. Time will tell......
