Magnus

After a day at home yesterday we decided to go somewhere today. Rhona found that we could pick strawberries at a farm on the Black Isle. Magnus loves them. We arrived about lunchtime but discovered that they only served coffee and cake in the little cafe. We had a strawberry tart and coffee. They had no toilets on site and suggested that found a tree. Last time I did that it was a disaster so we left. We picked up two pies and a sausage roll at Harry Gow's and two coffees in another shop and then drove to Channory Point and as soon as we got out the car we saw some dolphins jumping. We sat on a nice big bench to eat our lunch. Magnus was standing a little away from us and a gull flew down and stole half his sausage roll from his hand. He had great fun running round a big stone and up and down and round the paths. Three motor cyclist came and parked their bikes near and Magnus gave them a big smile and one of them put him on the seat. A drive home via Dingwall. A great day out. We never got back to pick the strawberries.
