Water plant

My first visit back to the gym today with a half hour sprint cycle class.  It seemed fairly safe, if there is such a thing, one way system in and out, reduced number of bikes, lots of hand sanitiser and bike cleaning products, air conditioning that is only fresh air from outside as well as having the outside door open.  I'm glad she had chosen a less demanding session to ease us all back in.

Later this morning I was out with a friend to a garden in Hemyock in the Blackdown Hills area.  It was part of the Open Gardens Scheme and was an enjoyable visit.  A lovely sunny day and we strolled around the walled garden full of fruit and vegetables, had our lunch close to a large pond full of dragonflies where I spotted this rather attractive flower growing at the edge.  We then headed for the Bog Garden and another small pond where too much time was spent trying to photo a very large colourful dragonfly in flight.  A lovely afternoon.
